Designed by London?s most famous architect, Sir Christopher Wren and built on the site of a former bakery which caught fire sparking the great Fire of London. Monument is a place to get the best view of Sir Christopher Wren?s greatest achievement, the Dome of St Pauls

Built with some controversy at the turn of last century to provide another crossing of the Thames. Check with our team at what time the bridge opens each day to allow boats access to the pool of London.

Downing Street (Located 15 minutes from the hotel by public transport)

Famous for flat number 10 and its black door, the official residence to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Whilst security prevents access these days it is still possible to catch sight of number 10 from Whitehall.

The former home of the Princess Diana of Wales. This palace is partially open to the public displaying dresses worn by the people?s princess. The rest of the palace is the London Residence of William and Kate the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their family

St Pauls Cathedral (Located 30 minutes from the hotel by public transport)

This iconic landmark of London rose after the great fire. It defied the blitz and continues to dominate London?s skyline today. The venue for the wedding of Charles and Diana, and the Funerals of Britain?s Great War time hero?s Churchill and Nelson.  This majestic building is stepped in History the view from the top of the dome is well worth the climb and it allows you to pass through the whispering gallery on the way. For a great photo head towards Tate modern and you will get a great shot from the middle so the Thames on the millennium bridge.

Westminster Abby (Located 15 minutes from the hotel by public transport)

Just access the road from the Palace of Westminster. This iconic Abby was the venue of the Wedding of William and Kate. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Housing the historic Coronation Chair that has been used by every British Monarch since 1296.  Watch out where you stand though as each step you will see famous names of a bygone era buried beneath your feet

Royal Horse Guards (Located 15 minutes from the hotel by public transport)

Not as well-known as its counterpart at Buckingham Palace, The changing of the Queen?s Horse Guard is well worth seeing. Located at the end of the Mall this is the venue for the trooping of the colour on the first Saturday very June.
